OD Restoration offer a refined service to Conservation Architects, Trusts & Bodies (such as Historic England and The National Trust), surveyors and a wide range of private clients looking to preserve and protect historic buildings and their contents. We can be involved from the initial concept, through the design and to final practical completion, coordinating many different trades, whilst maintaining a professional and personal service.

As a Main Contractor, we can plan, manage and monitor the entirety of the construction phase of a project. We regularly carry out multi-trade contracts for clients who require associated works to be undertaken in conjunction with the restoration.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, our commitment to quality, and our ability to work within your budget and timeline. Full surveys and technical reports are an integral part of our service. Each project is allocated a full-time site manager and a qualified 'in- house' Safety Manager, overseeing all aspects of Health and Safety and CDM Regulation.
